The Homeopathic Protocol that Saved Me from the Swine Flu

Updated: Jan 8, 2024

I love sharing the Banerji protocol for viruses with friends, family members and clients. This is the combination of Aconite 200c mixed with Bryonia 30c taken AT THE FIRST SIGN OF ILLNESS. I had the chance to try it in my house with the flu for the first time recently and wanted to share the results. My husband told me on a Monday that he was SICK! Too sick to go to work. He mentioned he began feeling sick on Sunday and he was sure it was something he ate, so I began giving him some remedies with that assumption. However, Tuesday rolled around and I woke up with the image of these letters/numbers in my mind: H1N1. I had to go look it up because I couldn't remember what it was. It's the swine flu. I believe I had a little revelation about what we were dealing with. My husband was now SICKER THAN SICK. I felt a bit nauseous so I pulled out my Aconite and Bryonia and took my first dose. I felt well enough to go about my day. I took another dose several hours later when I felt nauseous again. I gave my daughter her own bottles and instructed her to do the same. She mentioned she felt a bit nauseous as well and took one dose. I let my oldest know what I thought we had since I had watched her baby the night before. She also woke with a bit of nausea and promptly took a dose. Both my daughters ONLY NEEDED ONE DOSE! This is amazing!!! This protocol really works. On Wednesday, my husband was still out for the count and spending lots of time in the bathroom. I woke slightly more nauseous than the previous day and took another dose along with some additional remedies for the nausea. Later that morning I remember noticing my symptoms and thinking, yeah, I can totally see how I have the flu but it's completely MUTED. It was barely noticeable compared to my husband who was in bed ALL DAY. I took my last dose around 10 a.m. At 2 or 3 that afternoon I paused and noticed my symptoms were GONE. I hadn't spent any time in bed. I had energy. I never threw up or got any diarrhea. I had protected myself and my children from the flu and it felt amazing. My poor husband is now convinced he needs this protocol everywhere. I tend to agree. I plan to always have it on hand this winter so I'm prepared for anything. My husband also had the genius idea to pre-measure doses into plastic capsules so it's easy to keep the remedies in multiple places and easy to take AT THE FIRST SIGN OF ILLNESS.
Here are the instructions: At the first sign of sickness (for me this is often a sore throat for a cold and nausea or body aches for the flu), take a dose of Aconite 200c mixed with Bryonia 30c-one dose of each taken together. Notice what happens. For me, the symptom will usually go away for 6-24 hours and return again. If the symptom returns, take another dose. Repeat until the symptom does not return. I’ve taken this protocol over the last year for colds and it works! While my family members lay sick in bed coughing, sneezing and blowing, I was up and about normal life. I was still working on convincing my family members to take it at the FIRST sign of sickness. Now I have experience treating the flu with it and my family members are CONVINCED. Win, win, win. Additional notes: Dissolve pellets under the tongue. Try to keep from eating/drinking around 15 minutes before and after taking the remedies. I ALSO WANTED TO MENTION that homeopathic remedies DO NOT EXPIRE as long as they are stored properly. Keep them in a place with comfortable temperatures and away from strong smells (including essential oils), chemicals and cell phones/microwaves, etc. The linen closet is a great place as long as you don't store essential oils or cleaners in there as well. I'm so grateful for homeopathy! P.S. I get my remedies at helios. They can also be purchased at boiron.
P.P.S. Since my husband missed the boat for this protocol, I began giving him different remedies: Bryonia alternating with Rhus Tox every few hours and Oscillococcinum according to package direction. He was up and back to work by Thursday. Not bad for the swine flu!
