The Most Powerful Superfood

ree

I was working with a client recently and was led to the "Superfood" page of the Body Code app. There are 68 foods listed on the Superfoods chart. I began asking questions and soon learned we couldn't use the chart. The "superfood" this client needed wasn't on the chart.

An image of the tree of life from a vision in the Book of Mormon came to my mind. I instantly knew what the "superfood" was that this person needed. This experience is still teaching me as I ponder the significance of what happened-all the ins and outs. The subconscious mind of this person knew that I knew what the tree of life was and what it meant. My client's spirit reached out to ask for a very specific food that comes from a very specific tree because it knew precicely what was needed.

I learned in a follow-up session that this experience had impacted my client as well, and they had continued to ponder what it meant. How do you infuse someone with the love of God? You love them. And you keep loving them. Kindness, truth, light, connection, intention. This includes loving ourselves. Exercising compassion, grace, forgiveness, effort. We show up. And we show up again.

Do we truly understand the power of love? I remember reading a book about remote viewing-I apologize that I don't remember the name or author of the book. But in the book the author talked about one of the test labs for remote viewing-a practice of allowing the subconscious mind to seek and know intuitively what is inside an envelope. Every tester in this lab had a unique exerpience but in the end they decided they were all experiencing feelings of love associated with whatever was secretly held in the envelope. When they opened the envelope, they found written on a piece of paper the words "The cure for cancer."

1 Nephi 11:20-22 tells the story:

And I looked and beheld the virgin again, bearing a child in her arms.

And the angel said unto me: "Behold the Lamb of God, yea, even the Son of the Eternal Father! Knowest thou the meaning of the tree which thy father saw?"

And I answered him, saying: "Yea, it is the LOVE OF GOD, which sheddeth itself abroad in the hearts of the children of men; wherefore, it is the most desirable of all things."

In Jacob 3:2 we are told to "...feast upon his love."

It makes sense to me now why Christmas time is so special. We are all invited to focus on the babe in the virgin's arms-the very embodied representation of God's love for his children. and if we let it, it will heal us.
