Sunrise Energy Healing began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a space where natural health modalities and wellness practices could be easily accessible in one place. Founded by Melissa Lemon and brought to life through connections made at classes, retreats, and community events across Cache Valley, this collective represents six women practitioners who are passionate about holistic approaches to well-being. We believe that energy work, bodywork, and wellness support deserve to be recognized as valuable tools for self-care and personal growth—ones that many people find meaningful alongside their healthcare journey.

Each woman in our collective operates her own practice, but we share a common approach: supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We've witnessed how practices like intuitive healing, Reiki, massage, foot zoning, counseling, and health coaching can provide comfort, relaxation, and support during life's challenges. We're here to offer complementary wellness services that honor your individual needs and empower you to take an active role in your own well-being.
