The charka system is well known among energy practitioners and dates back to ancient Indian spiritual practices. Your chakras are energy centers that house power but they can also be damaged or places where trauma is stored. In Shandee's class you'll learn about each center, what it does and how to care for it. We'll also do some chakra awakening through sound and movement. You don't want to miss it!
